You'll bring strong administrative discipline and coordination skills to support leasing activities, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.Key responsibilities include : Supporting the implementation of property strategies, policies, and procedures.Assisting with property finance and leasing administration.Coordinating property systems such as the Government Property Portal.Contributing to the delivery of professional property services to MBIE and GPO stakeholders.Assisting with Official Information Requests and reporting for Ministers.Collating data for reporting, including the Annual Review and audit requirements.Organising and supporting meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.Providing general administrative and coordination support to the team.Nga pukenga me nga wheako e hiahiatia ana - Skills and Experience RequiredWe're looking for someone with : Experience in a support role within a relevant environment (property, government, or commercial).
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Excellent planning and organisational abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Clear and concise written communication skills.Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.Confidence working with people across all levels of an organisation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
