We have a prime opportunity for a junior entry level Logistics Coordinator who is keen to learn new skills and about our business, apply themselves and gain valuable work experience!

Position : Logistics CoordinatorLocation : Sulphur Point, TaurangaHours : 7am – 5pm Monday - Friday, guaranteed minimum hours of 47.5 per weekWhat You'll Do : Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.Some of your responsibilities will include : Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our own in-house booking systemReconciling booking spreadsheetsDirecting and instructing truck driver movements in the yardAssisting with internal and external enquiriesCommunicating yard movements with ground staff via RTWhat We NeedGreat attention to detail and enjoy a fast-paced environmentAbility to multitask and have good time managementStrong listening skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityPositive can-do attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiativeWell-spoken and a strong communicatorIf you are our ideal candidate but have no industry experience, that's not a problem!
