You'll be the organisational powerhouse behind the scenes, coordinating projects, managing documentation, and supporting the Assistant Production Manager to keep everything running like clockwork.

What you'll do
Coordinate and support production projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Prepare, review, and maintain Batch Records (BMR / BPR) and other key documentation
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to write documents for new products, processes, and equipment
Ensure all documentation complies with cGMP and company SOPs
Use SAP to manage process orders and maintain accurate production records
Raise and receipt purchase orders; ensure invoices and POs are correct
Prepare reports and maintain well-organised administrative records
Communicate effectively with production teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Participate in meetings, workshops, and process improvement initiatives
Support training and development activities within the team
Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety and GMP requirements
What you'll bring
Minimum of
4–5 years secondary education
(or equivalent experience)
Experience in
project coordination or facilitation
, ideally within a
pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
Working knowledge of
GMP
