The opportunity : We currently have a

10 month Fixed Term opportunity

for a passionate and proactive

Supply Chain Administrator

to join our National Support Office in

Parnell, Auckland

You will be supporting the implementation of best practice Supply Chain Solutions which add value across the business.

The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for implementing a range of supply chain initiatives to deliver the annual Supply Chain plan, whilst anticipating and responding to changing business needs in a dynamic fast-moving environment.

Salary : $68k - $72k per annum.

Reporting the Supply Chain Manager, you will :

Timely and efficient attendance to all day-to-day supply chain queries

Providing general information and support to internal customers regarding supply chain policies and processes, ordering options, supplier issues, compliance etc.

Record day-to-day queries, identify trends proactive in trouble shooting and query resolution

Assisting external suppliers to address problems and following up the results / outcomes

Provide a high level of customer and business focused service which is consistent with the Compass Group Supply Chain strategy.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Identifying potential supply chain disruptions and support with contingency planning

Effective use of SAP supply chain system and ensuring data integrity

Participate in reporting whilst monitoring supplier delivery and performance issues.
