We're on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Administrator to join our high-performing team at Bayleys.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love being the engine behind a successful sales team, and have a passion for precision and marketing, this could be your next career move.You'll be the backbone of our Commercial & Industrial sales and leasing team, providing crucial administration and marketing support across day-to-day operations.

Your role will ensure seamless execution of sales documentation, listings, reporting, and campaign coordination — all while upholding our brand's reputation for quality and professionalism.What You'll Be DoingAdministration Responsibilities : Managing contracts, AML, listings, and campaign paperworkPreparing and processing Sale & Purchase, Auction, Tender, and Leasing AgreementsSupporting agents and solicitors with deal processing and documentationCoordinating meetings, team reports, and weekly admin tasksManaging databases (Property Suite, BConnected) and general team supportLiaising with clients and agents on post-deal care and communicationProcessing invoices, reconciling campaign budgets, and preparing expense claimsMarketing Support : Booking and managing advertising across Trade Me, OneRoof, realestate.co.nzCoordinating property photography, signage, and printed materialCreating flyers, IMs, e-newsletters, case studies, and submissionsWorking closely with the marketing team to deliver bespoke collateralUpholding Bayleys brand standards and campaign consistencyWhat We're Looking ForIntermediate experience in Microsoft OfficeGreat systems knowledge and a love for processStrong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasksOutstanding interpersonal and time management skillsA positive, can-do attitude and an ability to work calmly under pressureCreative flair with an interest in property marketing (Photoshop a bonus!)What You'll GetThe opportunity to work alongside one of the industry's most respected C&I teamsA varied, fast-paced role in a company that genuinely values its peopleA team culture that supports growth, celebrates success, and works collaborativelyExposure to a broad spectrum of commercial property marketing and dealsReady to Apply?
