Building an industry-changing global business takes hard work and commitment, we are seeking an Operations Administrator for a Fixed-Term contract to cover a parental leave.
You will join our motivated and professional multi-cultural team based in Auckland, New Zealand with a dynamic culture based on a sense of family and pioneering spirit.About the RoleThe role of Operations Administrator will be working with a highly dynamic and collaborative Global Operations Centre.
We provide 24 / 7 support to our customers (private and business aviation operators) to help them increase internal efficiency, and improve business profitability and deliver a great passenger experience as they procure catering and in-flight services in all parts of the world.
The NZ staff cover roughly half of the 24hr period, with European staff covering the remainder.
We are looking to onboard and train this role in November or December 2025 before the staff member goes on Parental leave in March 2026.
The contract period will end when the staff member returns, likely March 2027.The successful candidate will be able to be rostered on shifts, including weekends and work from a fantastic, modern working space in Britomart, close to the harbour and public transport.
We are looking for a new member for full-time work during the fixed term period.ResponsibilitiesTo coordinate with clients and a global supply chain and monitor the logistics process.
