You9;ll be responsible for : Creating and executing a strategic people plan aligned to business priorities.Leading cyclical people activities including engagement, performance, reward, talent and succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.Driving strategic people initiatives as a member of the People Leadership Team in collaboration with the wider People team.Providing trusted, calm, and professional advice to senior leaders, enabling sound decision-making.Championing a high-performing, agile team culture that supports growth and development.Ensuring ASB's people practices uphold our legal, risk, and regulatory standards.What You\'ll BringWe9;re looking for someone who embodies our values of empowerment, pace, customer obsession, trust, and continuous learning.
You\'ll also bring : HR experience, including senior leadership and team management, ideally within a retail environment or similar.Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.Knowledge of NZ employment law and HR best practice.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Why ASB?
