About the Role

We seek a deeply commercial and successful billing Principal Consultant or Director to join our ranks as we expand our offering into many Tech sectors. This role is for you if you are an ambitious, driven and experienced solution leader who recognizes and desires to take advantage of the rapidly growing $18 Billion NZ Tech Sector export market. Responsibilities

  • Partner with high-profile clients to deeply understand their talent needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Source, engage, and place top-tier tech talent, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
  • Lead client and candidate negotiations with authority, developing long-term partnerships.
  • Hire, build and provide mentorship and guidance to future team members, contributing to a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering market insights and tailored solutions to drive their business forward.
