Overview

Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner. This is a fixed term contract until March 2026, based at Mangere or Pokeno with travel across both sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing to implement the Synlait Safe strategy and annual plan throughout the business
• Lead the implementation of specific training programmes within your portfolio
• Provide expert advice and support to address specific hazards and risks across the business
• Champion change and culture transformation

You’ll bring your strengths and expertise to support our people on their ‘Synlait Safe’ journey, focusing on building capability through practical, solution-focused training and continuous improvement. This is a key role within our business, suited to either a seasoned Health and Safety professional or someone with operational experience in complex manufacturing or high-hazard environments.
