As our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of strategic health and safety initiatives across Southern Cross Healthcare.
From safety-critical frameworks like Critical Control Management (CCM) to wider process transformations, you'll ensure our change programmes are aligned to organisational goals, embedded into the business, and delivering measurable improvements in safety, wellbeing, and engagement.
You'll partner closely with leaders, worker representatives, and operational teams to design and deliver tailored change, communication, and training strategies.
By championing worker participation, building trust, and addressing resistance points, you'll ensure that every voice is heard and that change truly sticks.
Through clear communication, engaging training, and site-specific implementation support, you'll build capability, confidence, and readiness across the organisation.
Success in this role means continuously measuring progress, reporting on adoption, and using lessons learned to refine future initiatives.
You'll foster a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement—making sure our people not only embrace change but thrive through it.This is a part time (20 hours a week) 6 months fixed term role to help with a project.Skills and experienceProven change leadership : 5+ years' experience driving organisational change and transformation in complex, high-risk environments, with a track record of developing and executing successful change strategies.Influence and impact : Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence at all levels, and deliver compelling presentations.Exceptional communicator : Skilled in designing and delivering management standards, training programmes, and change initiatives that engage and inspire.Specialist expertise : Familiarity with Critical Control Management or other safety-critical frameworks, with experience in healthcare or regulated industries viewed as an advantage.Qualified professional : Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Business, or a related field, complemented by desirable advanced qualifications in change management or organisational psychology.
