Health & Safety leadership role focusing on developing and executing the H&S strategy across the organisation, leading a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement an integrated Health & Safety strategy that promotes a strong, proactive safety culture.
• Lead risk management across the organisation, ensuring hazards are identified, assessed, and effectively managed.
• Ensure Health & Safety policies, procedures, and practices meet all legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and advice to the senior leadership team, managers, and employees on all aspects of Health & Safety.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations, implementing corrective actions and sharing learnings across the network.
• Drive Health & Safety training, mentoring, and support for H&S representatives and leaders across the business.
• Oversee Health & Safety audits, reporting, and compliance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
