This role will be responsible for Client services including : Completing Health and Safety conformity assessmentsProviding advice regarding compliance with H&S regulations and standardsWorking with clients to develop Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategies for their organisation and to manage their H&S risks more effectivelyAdvising clients on compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to Health Safety and WellbeingDeveloping, implementing, and auditing HSMSManaging budgets and timeframes to ensure projects are delivered in the agreed scope and timeCoaching others in our team to develop their skills and knowledgeAdditionally, this role will provide HSW advisor support for the internal Health& Safety team, where required.Bachelor's degree or NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety, Occupational Health or a related fieldExperience in the application and auditing of ISO management system and risk management standards particularly ISO 45001 : 2018, other ISO standards would be a bonus e.g. ISO 45003, ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015, and ISO 31000 : 2018Ideally 10 years' experience in health and safety generalist roles, or previous health and safety consultancy experienceExperience in the fields of ergonomic, industrial hygiene, occupational health or management of hazardous substances (desirable)Strong knowledge of relevant HSW legislation with experience in interpreting and applying thisExperience in risk assessment and managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively, as well as with minimal directionExposure to a variety of professional experts and projectsA highly supportive team environment where you are encouraged to pave your own career path that caters to your ambitionsProfessional memberships and continued education supportA flexible working culture and formal flexible working arrangements including part time working and ability to purchase extra leaveInternal training programmes$750 annual wellbeing allowance and wellbeing programmeA very active social clubFree fruit baskets and morning teasAdditional parental leave, salary top-up and a back to work coaching programme (as per policy)State of the art, modern and contemporary officesWe embrace flexible working at T+T and aim to work in a way that serves the needs of our people, clients and communities.
