The role works closely with Site Safety and Wellbeing Manager in the identification and application of local / business Safety and Wellbeing needs.The Safety & Wellbeing Advisor assists in supporting all levels of Site Management with technical and operational Safety and Wellbeing support / oversight.Develop strategies to reduce workplace injuries and costs.Lead Return to Work and Injury Management activities.Develop Risk Assessments and implement improvements identified.Support team leaders and members in Safety Management System application.Contribute to innovative solutions for injury reduction and safety optimisation.Advise on safety improvements and regulatory compliance.Coordinate with Safety service providers and programs.What's in it for you?

Tertiary qualification in Safety and / or related disciplinesMinimum 2-3 years' experience in site or Safety roleSound knowledge of Safety Legislation and Regulatory requirementsExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with conflicting prioritiesUnderstanding of Safety Management SystemsAre you ready to devour a new challenge in a new environment?
