Within this role, you'll implement health and safety systems, provide operational support, and ensure compliance across critical utilities infrastructure.What's on offerLead H&S across multiple sites - Wellington based roleDrive safety excellence with a competitive package and career developmentMake a difference - work with a global leader in environmental servicesWhat you'll be responsible forExecute health and safety programs and conduct site inspections and risk assessmentsMonitor compliance with H&S legislation and maintain safety management systems, including OHSAS 18001 : 2007 and AS / NZS 4801 standardsManage incident reporting processes and coordinate with regulatory bodies, including WorkSafeDeliver safety training, toolbox talks, and support H&S committee meetingsConduct internal audits, prepare safety reports, and drive continuous improvement initiativesProvide technical H&S advice and coach supervisors in safety leadershipWhat You'll Need to be SuccessfulDiploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalentH&S experience, preferably in utilities, industrial or energy sectorsStrong knowledge of NZ H&S legislation and safety management systemsAbout VeoliaWith over 170 years of global experience, Veolia operates in more than 40 countries with 220,000 employees worldwide.
