We’re looking for a Customer Service Admin to jump into a 3-month fixed-term role and help us stay ahead of the curve during a peak volume period. If you're organised, proactive, and love getting things done, this is your chance to make a real impact.

- 3-month fixed term
- 20 hours a week, spread over 3-4 days
- Start time from 9am
- Based in our East Tamaki office for initial training period, then hybrid model
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing (approx. 70% admin / 30% calls) :
Assigning support tickets and monitoring the group customer service inboxKeying standard service orders for key accountsResponding to customer enquiries via phone and emailProcessing requests quickly and accurately using internal systemsProviding clear, friendly communication that puts customers at easeSupporting our busy team with admin tasks as neededQualifications
