WE ROOF LTD is a growing roofing and spouting company.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and manage internal accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service—answering calls, responding to client inquiries, and managing correspondence.
Oversee day-to-day office administration and internal processes.
Manage in-house accounts, reconciliations, and financial records in Xero.
Process receipts and documents through Hubdoc.
Maintain filing systems, reports, and office records.
Support management with organisation, scheduling, and workflow.
Compile reports and assist management with administrative and financial reporting.
Implement and improve office processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong Microsoft Office, Xero, and Hubdoc knowledge.
3+ years in a senior admin role (construction / trades experience preferred).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised.
High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional phone manner.
