Established in 2017, Decho Group Limited is a residential property development company based in Auckland. The company specialises in the delivery of high-quality residential housing projects across the region. Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and support the efficient delivery of our development projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and review of office systems and administrative procedures, setting operational priorities and performance standards aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure the smooth running of administrative, project, and support functions.
- Manage and maintain accurate office and project documentation, including financial records, supplier contracts, and development-related correspondence.
- Liaise with senior managers, contractors, suppliers, and other departments to coordinate business activities and resolve administrative or operational issues.
- Allocate office resources effectively and supervise administrative staff to ensure productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, and manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, company policies, and relevant legislation.
- Coordinate HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, leave management, and performance reviews.
- Support communication between office and on-site teams to facilitate timely project updates and documentation.
Minimum Qualification and Work Experience Requirements
A relevant NZQF Level 5 Diploma qualification ORAt least two years of relevant work experienceOther Skills Required
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of workplace legislation, including OHS and employment relations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management softwareExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
