Produce engaging, high-quality training content—including videos, websites, courseware, infographics, and more—that helps employees build practical skills in modern digital and AI tools.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee the production, curation, maintenance, and refresh of training content related to digital productivity and AI tools.Ensure all media assets meet instructional goals, brand standards, and accessibility requirements.Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging learning experiences.Monitor feedback and usage analytics to guide continuous improvement and updates to training content.Lead production planning, timelines, resource allocation, and vendor management (if applicable).
