We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about delivering innovative products and services to join our Digital News Products team which is the custodian for marketing leading products such as Channel News Asia (CNA.Asia), 8world, Berita and Seithi.The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in working on products of scale as well as operating in cross-functional environments alongside comprising designers, developers, editorial teams and business owners.
The candidate will be analytical, solutions focused, and able to execute product initiatives across multiple business units simultaneously.Responsibilities : Create and manage roadmaps; manage prioritisation and execution; manage timelines for assigned products across the lifecycleTake a data-driven approach to product developmentManage multiple cross-functional internal / external stakeholders in driving the product roadmapWork with UX, Product Engineering and service delivery leads in developing and execute product plansWork with digital sales teams to develop digital monetization opportunitiesIdentify ongoing product enhancement opportunities for various Business Units in order to help them grow reach and engagementCreate business cases & technical documentation for new features or products by gathering requirements, costs and market insightsAct as project lead for specific roadmap itemsCreate user stories and acceptance criteria for development sprintsEnsure that business unit requirements are met via constant feedback loops
QualificationsBachelor's Degree with minimum 4 to 6 years' experience in Product ManagementAn expert practitioner of Agile product development principlesExperience launching digital products or services from idea to executionExperience managing and building mobile and web productsStrong understanding of the Digital landscape and innovation trendsUnderstanding of market and consumer research and deriving data / research driven consumer insightsExcellent communicator and presentation skills
