Manager - ServiceNow Demand and Release (Corporate IT)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform Demand and Release Manager to join our team.

This key role involves overseeing the demand management and release processes for the Strategic Portfolio Management (S.P.M), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules within the ServiceNow platform.Role & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and product leads to gather and prioritize demand requests related to S.P.M, IRM, ITSM, and ITAM modulesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive demand management process to ensure alignment with organizational objectivesDefine release management strategies for ServiceNow platform updates and module enhancementsCoordinate with development teams to plan and schedule releases, considering dependencies and potential risksCommunicate release schedules, status updates, and impact assessments to relevant stakeholdersLead the creation and maintenance of release documentation, including release notes and deployment instructionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions during module updates and releasesParticipate in change management processes and assess the impact of changes on the ServiceNow modulesImplement best practices for version control and configuration management within the ServiceNow environmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven 7 years of experience in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules, particularly S.P.M, IRM, ITSM, and ITAMIn-depth knowledge of demand management processes and methodologiesStrong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practicesExperience coordinating releases in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in S.P.M, IRM, ITSM, or ITAM is a plus
