Senior Manager - It Procurement Ops (Procurement)

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager IT Procurement with expertise in Ariba system management to join our operations team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily procurement operations, procurement process, managing stakeholder and vendor relationships, and optimising the utilisation of the Ariba system to streamline purchasing operations.Synapxe Procurement supports Synapxe and its stakeholders in its various procurement activities relating to the multi-faceted digital and IT industry and environment.

This includes providing agile, accurate and effective contractual advice with excellence and integrity.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage Procurement Operations : Oversee daily procurement activities, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting for IT products and services.Sourcing Strategy : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes.End-to-End Management : Manage all procurement activities, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract renewals.Supplier Negotiations : Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms.Compliance Guidance : Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulations, providing guidance to stakeholders.Policy Development : Assist in formulating and reviewing procurement policies and procedures.Data Reporting : Generate periodic updates for management on procurement matters.Team Development : Coach and mentor procurement staff, overseeing task completion and compliance.Continuous Improvement : Lead compliance reviews and implement best practices in procurement processes.RequirementsBachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain / Business Administration / IT / Engineering or a related disciplineAt least 8 years of experience in IT Procurement / technical operations and formulation of policies and procedures is advantageous.Experience in Digital / IT industries, IT architectures, Technical / IT Sales is a plus.Strong negotiation and communication skillsProficient in eProcurement applications and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing procurementAbility to analyse data and make informed decisionsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentHigh level of integrity and professionalismExperience in SAP Ariba, SAP S4 / Hana is a plusApplyNOTE : It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech - GO FOR IT!!
