Ltd – QueenstownOur client is an IC Design startup that design chips for optical technology to improve speed, reliability, and energy use in modern systems and is seeking for IT Engineer (EDA Infrastructure)Responsibilitiesinstall, update, and fix the engineering design software (EDA tools) and their licenses.Watch over our computer servers and fix any problems quickly.Create automated systems to make the engineers' work easier and faster.Write scripts and help with tasks on our Linux systems.Work directly with our design teams to solve their IT issues and find solutions.Ensure our systems are secure and follow company rules.RequirementsBachelor\'s degree and 5 years\' experience directly related to the duties specified above in an IT environment, license management, or similar role.Strong expertise in VMware infrastructure.Working knowledge of Unix / Linux environment.
