Here is the sort of person we’re looking for :

• You have 4-10+ years of experience working in a marketing team.
• You ask why. You’re interested in psychology because it’s always a person on the other end of the screen.
• You may have a speciality in one of our core areas (analytics and insights, SEO, website optimisation or paid media).
• You are willing to learn and implement the Data Story process.
• You can work across industries. You love the variety and can manage your time well.
• You do the mahi. You are in the platform executing.
• You’re technically proficient and understand the tools we work in.
• You seek to serve others in the team and go the extra mile to help them regardless of who gets credit.
• You are down to earth. Data Story is about serving our clients. We’re not after the glory or feeling fancy. Our job is to make our clients look good and to get results for them. The client takes the credit.
• You ask for help when you need it and you are not afraid to ask questions
• Learning is the no.1 goal. We’re out to be the best.
