We are seeking a results driven and creative Social Media Performance Manager to join our Social Engagement Team at SoDrama!

Entertainment.

In this role, you will lead the charge in growing and optimizing the social media presence of our lifestyle and entertainment app - Kakee with a strong focus on performance marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.

You'll manage paid campaigns, drive platform growth through media buying strategies, and create mobile-first video content that resonates.

The Social Engagement team sits within the Creative Innovation Department under the broader Creative & Content group.

As part of this team, you'll work closely with the Team Lead to deliver high-impact social media strategies that keep our brands at the forefront of Singapore's digital entertainment space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing : Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms with a focus on performance, reach, and conversion metrics.

Work closely with the Marketing team to define campaign objectives, manage ad budgets, and create high-performing creatives.

Leverage analytics tools to measure success and report on ROI, while suggesting continuous improvements to buying strategies.

Social Media Management

Content Creation & Campaign Execution : Ideate, develop and produce engaging, shareable, and trend-driven content across platforms and emerging channels in line with a robust content calendar.

Plan and execute creative social media campaigns, contests and interactive activities to drive engagement, downloads and other success factors.

Partner Collaborations : Identify and engage influencers, creators and brand ambassadors to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.

Develop and execute influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns with the Marketing & Branding team to amplify reach.

Work cross functionally within Creative & Content and with Product, Tech, Marketing, Business Development and other internal stakeholders to meet social engagement KPIs.

Partner Ideation Lab – our in-house creative design team – in participating in external client pitches when required, focusing on effective and appropriate social engagement strategies and ideas.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Media / Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in social media performance marketing, media / ad buying, or content marketing – ideally in entertainment, media, or lifestyle sectors.

Confident in mobile content creation – filming, editing, and producing short-form videos independently.

Excellent writing and communications skills; creative and culturally fluent across digital platforms.

Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics); familiarity with Emplify is a plus.

Agile, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, content-first environment.
