Are you an experienced People & Culture / HR leader with a growth mindset and passion for influencing organisation performance and engagement? We're looking for a dynamic People & Culture Manager to join our exceptional team at Millbrook Resort.

About the Role

This is your chance to lead the people strategy for one of Australasia\'s top luxury and lifestyle brands. As People & Culture Manager, you will work collaboratively across all levels of the business, responsible for leading a team who provide advice and guidance on a diverse range of people activities including Health & Safety, Payroll as well as generalist HR. You will lead transformational value add projects as part of Millbrook senior leadership team, whilst also providing guidance, coaching and support to the P&C Team on their day-to-day duties and responsibilities. We have a “people centred" approach by enhancing the employee experience through coaching, learning & development and a work safe - play safe - live safe culture.

About You

We\'re seeking a forward thinking, supportive people leader with :

  • 5+ years of People & Culture experience.
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to tight and changing deadlines and able to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, coupled with a "can do" attitude and a friendly, professional approach.
  • Ability to work on your own, as well as, part of a team.
  • Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach.
