About the Role
As
Specialist, Office of the CEO NZ
, you'll have the opportunity to work at the heart of the organisation, supporting the effectiveness of the Office of the CEO function.
This role supports the delivery of executive and board reporting, maintains governance frameworks, and supports the compliance and risk culture uplift across the NZ Division.
You'll play an important part in enabling the success of the Office of the CEO while also contributing to strategic initiatives.
Alongside this, you'll provide operational and administrative support as required, ensuring seamless delivery of all OCEO objectives.
This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland), with a commitment to being in-office at least three days per week.
Ou Pukenga | About You
The successful candidate will have :
Proven experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong background in governance, board reporting, or executive operations.
Demonstrated ability to develop, document, and maintain governance frameworks and operational processes, including those related to Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) obligations.
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative workload.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (such as FAR) and a strong understanding of risk and compliance culture.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations.
A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach, with a commitment to being present in the Auckland office at least three days per week.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
