The BusinessRotation Group is on an exciting journey of growth and global market expansion, you'll find energy, innovation, unique technical expertise and a solid strategy to enable further market penetration.They're a smart, independent operator delivering world-class gas turbine services to the likes of marine, industrial and energy generation sectors.Since its inception seven years ago in Perth, the organisation has grown rapidly, expanding (through acquisition) into Canada and now establishing it's head office in Auckland.With this geographic footprint and increasing demand, the business is positioned to considerably scale its operations and enhance global service delivery.The RoleThis newly created role of Chief Operating Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Group.As a key member of the executive team, you will enhance operational performance in New Zealand, Canada and Australia and build alignment with strategic objectives.You will : Lead and support the senior leaders in the Overhaul and Field Service business units, driving efficiency and profitability.Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's growth ambitions.Build scalable systems, processes and team capability to deliver consistency and excellence across locations.Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO and executive team to optimise resources, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.Champion a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.Travel regularly across business units to foster relationships, culture and operational excellence.What you'll bringWe're looking for a seasoned operational leader who thrives in dynamic, technical environments and wants to make a meaningful impact on the trajectory of a global business.You will bring : Proven senior leadership in operations, ideally within engineering, industrial services, or related sectors.A track record of scaling businesses and implementing operational excellence.Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills — experienced in building engaged, accountable teams.Experience with change management and organisational transformation.This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, international business at a very exciting stage of their development.If the above resonates with you, please apply online or call Dale Rous on for a confidential conversation.
