Ki te ti, ki te ta, ki te katoa – Anytime, anywhere, anyone.About this positionWe are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised HR Project Administrator to support a key project requiring strong administrative, data management, and process-focused skills.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys routine tasks, accuracy, and following clear processes to deliver consistent, reliable outcomes.
This role will provide high-quality administrative and data entry support across the project, working closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to keep information, records, and processes running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately entering and maintaining HR data across multiple systemsPreparing and managing project-related documentationTracking progress against timelines and updating project recordsSupporting reporting by collating and checking dataLiaising with HR team members and managers to ensure information is up to dateProviding general administrative assistance to the HR Manager and project teamSalarySalary range starting from $61,412 to a maximum of $74,569 per annum.
The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's unique combination of skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.Required and desirable attributesRequired HR experience is not required – we are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with data and processes.
