About the Role :

As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include :

• General Administration : Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, prepare documents, and provide day-to-day support to the team.
• Event & Meeting Coordination : Organise meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, minute-taking, and action tracking.
• Travel & Logistics : Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Financial & Procurement Support : Process invoices, track expenses, assist with budgeting, and reconcile accounts.
• Data & Records Management : Maintain accurate records, databases, and classified documents.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers.
• Process Improvement : Drive efficiency in administrative workflows and compliance tracking.
