What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team of hardware team members to meet sales and service goals
• Driving team performance to achieve KPIs and departmental targets
• Ensuring the department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and running smoothly
• Providing expert advice to customers on tools, building supplies, and hardware solutions
• Supporting training and development to grow team capability
• Working one weekend day as part of the regular schedule
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
• Proven leadership experience in retail or trade environments
• Strong product knowledge in hardware, tools, or building supplies
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
