What You’ll Be Doing :

• Leading and motivating a teamof hardware team members to meet sales and service goals
• Driving team performance toachieve KPIs and departmental targets
• Ensuring the department iswell-stocked, visually appealing, and running smoothly
• Providing expert advice tocustomers on tools, building supplies, and hardware solutions
• Supporting training anddevelopment to grow team capability
• Working one weekend day as partof the regular schedule
• Collaborating with otherdepartments to ensure seamless store operations
• Proven leadership experience inretail or trade environments
• Strong product knowledge inhardware, tools, or building supplies
• A customer-first mindset withexcellent communication skills
• Ability to work in afast-paced, hands-on environment
