The RoleReporting to the Production Manager this role will see you lead all production activities through effective leadership of direct reports.

This is a hands-on role that will require a combination of line supervision and day-to-day tasks to meet performance targets and objectives, product quality and supply and customer service targets whilst fostering a strong culture of health and safety.

About YouTo be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years' experience in a technical manufacturing environment coupled with people leadership accountability.

In addition to this you will have;Experience leading a team to great successesA high degree of mechanical aptitude, technical know-how and problem-solving skillsThe ability to influence, build partnerships and gain buy-in from manufacturing teamsExcellent planning and organisation skills coupled with high attention to detailWell-established communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work 12 hour shifts across day / night rotations
