Team Leader

S & V Horticulture Limited is looking for multiple candidates to work as Team Leaders for our company in the Bay of Plenty Region.The Team leader will be required to travel within the Bay of Plenty region and the cost of travel and fuel will be borne by the employer.Key Responsibilities :

• Oversees and supervises the team, which includes permanent as well as seasonal workforce, in all aspects as part of the job requirements.
• Assist the Manager in running as per the budget ensuring maximize efficiency.
• Ensure that successful seasonal horticultural activities lead to a top-quality product year after year.
• Effectively leading staff through compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist the manager in training and leading orchard staff and contractors during the seasonal activities
• Record and submit the timesheets for staff and manage working hours.
• Assist in planning and prioritising workloads.
• Share feedback with the Manager / Director about how staff are performing.

You will be required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between$25 to $30 per hour.
