We're looking for a passionate TeamLeader Processing with the technical know-how and leadership skills toguide, coach, and inspire our Building Consent Processing team.

In this Thames based role, you'll be joining a recognisedhigh-performing Building Consent Authority.

What you'll be doing :

Leading,mentoring, and developing a skilled team of processing officers.

Ensuringbuilding consent applications are assessed and processed accurately andefficiently.

Providingclear, customer-friendly advice to the public, colleagues, andstakeholders.

Driving yourteam to meet and exceed operational targets while maintaining exceptionalservice standards.

What you'll bring :

A strongunderstanding of the NZ building consent regulatory framework, localgovernment environment, and relevant legislation.

Competencyunder the National BCA Competency Assessment system – ideally across awide range of building categories.

A recognisedRegulation 18 qualification.

Strongleadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A genuinepassion for coaching and growing people.
