We love this place, and you will too.As our Team Leader Systems & Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of fit-for-purpose systems and services in line with our Digital Services Strategic Plan.

You'll oversee the design, release, and operation of Council's enterprise systems and applications, ensuring they are intuitive, agile, and deliver a great experience for both staff and the community.A key part of this role is acting as a trusted business partner across the organisation - listening to stakeholders, providing expert advice, and ensuring digital services are aligned to real business needs.

You'll also lead and mentor a talented team of Solutions Systems Analysts and Business Intelligence Analysts, helping them to grow and succeed.What you'll doLead the delivery of Council's enterprise systems and digital services in line with strategic goals.Partner with managers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure digital solutions are customer-focused and effective.Manage the rollout of new systems, changes, and enhancements with strong quality controls.Provide clear direction to external vendors and service providers.Lead, coach, and mentor your team to ensure a high-performing, customer-focused culture.Develop policies, procedures, and practices to support consistent, efficient digital service delivery.Ko wai koe About youYou'll be a proactive, collaborative leader who brings both technical expertise and strong people skills.
