Senior System Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll be tasked with supporting Command, Control and Intelligence products. This role involves regular preventive maintenance, incident / request support, and managing ITSM workflows. You'll also be leading and supporting other engineers in these activities. A key part of the job is engaging with end users and businesses, which requires the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise communication.

Responsibilities

• The role involves performing regular preventative maintenance tasks (daily, weekly, monthly), as well as providing incident and request support and management.
• A key task is managing ITSM (IT Service Management) workflows.
• The role will be responsible for supporting automation and other continuous improvement activities.
• The role includes leading and supporting other engineers in delivering the above-mentioned activities.
• The position requires regular engagement with end users and business representatives, with the responsibility of translating complex technology into clear and concise communication.

Skills & Experience

This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in several key areas

Security & Clearance

To be considered for this role, you must be able to maintain a minimum of TOP SECRET and preferably a TOP SECRET SPECIAL security clearance. This is a mandatory requirement for the position.
