Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable for multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Support weekly payroll processing
- Assist with HR-related admin such as onboarding packs and personnel updates
- Handle supplier reconciliations, invoice validation, and month-end reporting
- Provide ad hoc administrative support across departments, maintaining speed and attention to detail
Who You Are / Qualifications
Proven experience in accounts administration or AP / payroll functionsComfortable with volume processing – up to 80 invoices per dayStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureConfident communicator with great people skillsIntermediate MS Office skills; MYOB experience a bonus, not requiredA sense of ownership and pride in delivering accurate, timely workOpen to fixed-term work, able to start quickly and commit through JanTeam player who can work independently and support others as neededAdditional Information
