The fixed term is until the end of January
This role requires a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills, a sociable nature, and an interest in technology.Key responsibilitiesProvide support administrative duties in the office to ensure the office is operating smoothlyGreet visitors at the reception desk and ensure protocol is followedManage office supplies and place orders as necessaryCoordinate maintenance & contractor visitsBooking staff travelReceive stock & MailEnsure pantry and fridge supplies are maintained at appropriate levelsOrder catering and preparation for staff / office eventsOccasional coffee runs for managementOther event support as requiredWhat you\'ll needOrganizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyCommunication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSociable Nature : Friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and visitorsCompetent in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems with easeInterest in Technology : A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about our products and servicesConfidence to hit the ground runningExperience : Previous experience in a similar role is not required but may be usefulWhat is next?
