Responsibilities
Accurately processing client orders and creating effective advertising schedules using media planning tools
Monitoring campaign performance, maintaining spend reconciliations, and supporting sales reporting
Managing sales contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions
Proactively identifying opportunities to optimise campaign delivery and support revenue growth
Building strong working relationships with clients and agencies through timely, professional communication
What you will bring
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in administration
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
NCEA Level 3 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
An interest in the media or advertising industry from a commercial perspective
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or admin
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
