BDM | Account Manager – Packaging & Labels

Are you a confident sales professional with a proven track record in  packaging or labels ? Do you thrive on building strong client relationships while generating your own business opportunities?

We’re seeking a driven  Business Development Manager / Account Manager  who isn’t afraid to  call, visit, solution sell and close deals . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys selling  solutions that combine technical expertise with brand impact .

What you’ll be doing :

Driving new business development through self-generated opportunities

Calling and visiting prospects to  solution sell best-fit customized packaging solutions

Managing and growing existing accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships

Presenting packaging solutions that deliver both technical performance and branding value

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard

Keeping ahead of market trends to provide insights and add value for clients

What we’re looking for :

Proven sales success in the packaging, labels, or related industries

A natural hunter who thrives on prospecting, solution selling, and generating new business

Strong technical sales and branding knowledge

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused

High attention to detail with proficiency in  Excel, ERP & CRM software

Enjoy a mix of desk work and being out on the road

Generous base salary ( circa $95–$115k  depending on experience)
