You’ll be at the forefront of building strategic partnerships, driving commercial excellence, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our transformation vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage national key account strategies across indirect retail channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and decision-makers in key accounts.
• Develop and negotiate trading term agreements that support PMNZ’s growth and transformation goals.
• Track and report on channel performance using KPIs and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial Planning, Field Sales, and B2B Digital teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Champion consumer-centricity and ensure alignment with PMNZ’s high service standards.
