Reporting to the Head of Shared Services and working closely with our Virtual CIO, this is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll ensure our IT systems, infrastructure and support services run smoothly every day. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining a stable, secure and future‑ready technology environment that supports our teams nationwide.

❤️ What you’ll lead

As our IT Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the delivery of reliable, high‑quality IT services across the organisation. Your leadership will empower a talented IT team and ensure our people get the support they need to do their best work.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading, supporting and developing the IT team to deliver outstanding customer service and technical support
• Managing daily IT operations to ensure consistent service performance and system reliability
• Overseeing helpdesk operations, systems administration and infrastructure management
• Coordinating the rollout of IT initiatives, upgrades and improvements
• Managing vendor relationships and service level agreements
• Ensuring cybersecurity, data integrity and business continuity processes are robust and effective
• Championing continuous improvement and innovation across our IT environment
