Overview
Our client is a data-driven global marketing agency under the umbrella of a global network. They are fairly new to New Zealand and are growing fast. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute media campaigns from start to finish, in collaboration with the Business Director and internal teams.
- Maintain quality control of media campaigns and continually evaluate and improve performance against client goals.
- Collaborate with internal specialist teams, media owners, and external agency partners to deliver client work.
- Manage junior to mid-level client relationships, ensuring inquiries are answered promptly in line with agency client service expectations.
- Participate in planning of campaigns and, at times, purchase media campaigns across TV and digital channels.
- Support the Digital Director and Performance team with a solid offline understanding of media and digital media knowledge as required.
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of relevant media and client management experience.Implementation planning capabilities and understanding of media principles and finance.Conversant with the role of each channel and able to provide justification / rationale.Strong time and project management skills with good adherence to deadlines.Good client-facing communication and presentation skills.About the role / Benefits
