Job descriptionExecution of the social media strategy and roadmap across both brands. Managing monthly content planning and creation across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. Overseeing influencer relationships and store-generated content streams. Using analytics tools to monitor performance and optimise content. Providing coaching and support to team members to ensure high-quality work and performance. Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandise, Retail Operations, Ecommerce) and external creatives. Staying ahead of social media trends and identifying opportunities for innovation. 5+ years in a marketing environment managing social media channels. Experience creating and producing content (video, design, copy). Strong leadership and team management capability. Proven ability to drive growth across engagement, traffic, and sales metrics. Proficiency in social media tools e.g. Loomly and Google Analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to content creation.

About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, content, and execution of our social channels across Briscoes and Rebel Sport. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Support Office.
You'll manage a small team and work closely with internal stakeholders and external creatives to deliver engaging content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable sales growth.
