About The Role

We\'re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, content, and execution of our social channels across Briscoes and Rebel Sport. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Support Office.

You\'ll manage a small team and work closely with internal stakeholders and external creatives to deliver engaging content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable sales growth.

What You\'ll Be Responsible For

• Execution of the social media strategy and roadmap across both brands.
• Managing monthly content planning and creation across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Overseeing influencer relationships and store-generated content streams.
• Using analytics tools to monitor performance and optimise content.
• Providing coaching and support to team members to ensure high-quality work and performance.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandise, Retail Operations, Ecommerce) and external creatives.
• Staying ahead of social media trends and identifying opportunities for innovation.
