As Media Manager, you\'ll shape how our NZ brands TAB & Betcha connect with fans, leading smart media strategies, building standout campaigns, and driving customer growth. Partnering with top media players and internal teams, you\'ll make a real mark on brand performance while growing your career in one of the industry\'s most dynamic digital & media teams.

Based in our Auckland office, we embrace a flexible hybrid model that blends in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the freedom to work from home. • Lead media strategy and campaign planning for TAB & Betcha.
• Partner with agencies, platforms, and media owners to deliver best-in-class activity.
• Oversee flawless creative rollouts with full compliance to industry and regulatory standards.
• Turn data into action using MMM, brand tracking and analytics to deliver full-funnel performance.
• Share clear, impactful insights that lift results across channels and teams.
• Keep budgets on track with smooth, accurate media finance management.
