The Opportunity

Looking to kick-start your career in media? This is your chance! As our next Media Coordinator, you’ll join the action at the heart of the media world working out of our vibrant head office in Central Auckland. You’ll support a high-energy sales team, learn how campaigns come to life, and get hands-on across radio, digital, and print. Every day will bring something new—and your knack for organising, multitasking, and making things happen will shine.

How You’ll Do It

• Keep Things Moving : Make the magic happen behind the scenes—coordinating bookings, helping with campaign briefs, prepping proposals, and making sure every detail’s spot on.
• Support the Team : Jump in to help with events, activations, and admin that keep our commercial teams humming. You’ll also be the go-to for OneRoof support and office-wide happenings.
• Learn On The Job : No media experience? No problem. We’ll show you the ropes—from systems and tools to how campaigns roll out across Aotearoa.
