About the Role

Reporting to our Senior Social Media Strategist, the Social Media Coordinator is the day-to-day engine of our client accounts.

You\'ll be the voice of our brands online, responsible for executing our social and digital strategy, engaging with our communities, and keeping your finger on the pulse of what\'s trending.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves to be creative, is incredibly organised, and is eager to grow their career in social media marketing.

What You\'ll Be Doing

Social & Community Management : You\'ll own the day-to-day of our client accounts, including scheduling posts via Meta Business Suite, writing witty and engaging captions, and fostering our online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Trend-Spotting & Reactive Content : You\'ll be our eyes and ears on the ground, identifying the latest trends, memes, and trending audio, and then quickly creating reactive, lo-fi Reels and other short-form video content that aligns with our clients\' brands.

Influencer & PR Support : You\'ll assist in identifying the right influencers for campaigns, help ideate and coordinate PR pack send-outs, and contribute to post-campaign reporting to measure success.

Hands-On Content Production : You\'ll be a key support on shoot days, serving as the \'hands\' on set, assisting our production team and food stylists, and capturing behind-the-scenes content.

We have a \'no task is too small\' attitude, so you\'ll be happy to help with everything from prep to studio clean-up.

Reporting & Admin : You\'ll help keep our projects on track by managing tasks in Asana, organising digital assets, and assisting with monthly and quarterly performance reports for our clients.

A Budding Content Creator : Any experience planning, filming, and editing content on your phone is a huge plus!

License : You must have a full or restricted license.
