Work alongside a great team to support this client focussed group.

This role will be stimulating and rewarding, it will consist of a blend of PA-style responsibilities and overall team support.

Bring your outgoing personality to this growing team.

Responsibilities

Coordinating team activities to maintain high performance levels

Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture

Providing personal assistant support to the Business Advisory Partners and wider leadership group

Coordinating team business development and marketing initiatives, including organising meetings, events, and proposals and reporting on performance against established metrics

Supporting the team to improve systems and processes, including document management, development of document templates, and filing responsibilities

Ensuring team compliance with firm policies and procedures, including client onboarding

Support the team with month end processes including client billing and debtor management and attend to all administrative matters associated with the process

About you

You are a quick learner, able to pick up complex tasks and systems with ease

Previous experience within a fast-paced environment in either a business support role or office administration

Confident and proactive individual who enjoys using their initiative to solve problems and add value

Superb organisation and time management

Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal

Excellent relationship management skills

High proficiency with systems and MS Office suite - advanced Excel

Accounts admin experience is preferred
