ABOUT THE ROLE :

As the Executive Assistant to the GM, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support and coordination across the Health, Safety and Well-Being team. You’ll manage schedules, meetings, travel, and internal communications, while also supporting team activities and events that contribute to a safe and thriving workplace.

This is a one-month temporary full-time role with an immediate start, located on the city fringe, offering $45-50 per hour.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Manage diaries, travel, meetings, and emails
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes
  • Coordinate internal events and team activities
  • Support HSW systems, communications, and admin tasks
  • Liaise across teams and assist with company-wide initiatives

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven EA experience supporting executive leadership. Similar experience in health, safety and well-being would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and must be highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills, must be professional
  • Tech savvy – able to put together management presentations
